Morning Weight Lifting -- 6:15am to 7:20, -M, T, TH, F
Afternoon Speed, footwork, Pylo's and Football Skills 2:45 to 3:20
Afternoon Weight Workout-- 4:00pm to 5:10 -M, T, Th, F
*** Baseball players are asked to come to the morning workout, they will not lift on game days. Track and Off-season member can lift in the morning or afternoon. Anyone lifting in the morning will be released by 3:30 on lift days.
